Account Manager


This position is responsible for assisting our airline customers in achieving their goals using Bravo's Avantik PSS. You would be the primary point of contact for our customers, and the key in ensuring customer satisfaction while enabling revenue opportunities for Bravo.

Roles & Responsibilities : 

• Manage a single account or a variety of accounts depending on the requirement of the company
• Deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Identify and grow opportunities
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
• Report progress, key issues on weekly and monthly basis both internally and to customers

Required Qualifications & Experience: 

• Thai nationality
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Experience in airline industry, preferably familiar with airline computerize system, e.g. reservation and departure control system
• Knowledgeable and understand the industry and the company’s product and service
• Excellent English communications skill
• Good manner in communicating via email and phone conversations
• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Good organization, prioritization and negotiation skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Ability to be flexible with working hours when needed
• Ability to travel when needed
